Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore, San Ramon & Danville Real Esate

So what exactly is going on in the real estate market? Well lets take a look at 5 some-what similar cities (location and demographically) we can argue the differences later, but for the sake of understanding the ‘market’ we will need to examine what our neighbors are doing as well, or at least what the home values are doing.
This market is very different when you look at the cities of the TriValley. They may be close in distance to most other amenities, but are as different as night and day when it comes to real estate values.

Looks like Pleasanton and Danville are coming off their lows from late last year… Good news!
