Since Jan. 1st there have been 18 homes in Pleasanton above $1,ooo,ooo sell. There are currently 22 pending homes in Pleasanton above $1,000,000. Pending homes in Pleasanton average 74 days and sold homes above $1,000,000 averaged 65 days on the market at a sale price of $327 a square foot.
