Tri Valley Home Sales October 2009
Home sales numbers for the Tri Valley were off from September numbers compared to October. The number of homes sold in Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore, San Ramon and Danville were lower, but San Ramon was the only city that posted a lower months supply of homes compared to September.

Pleasanton Homes, Livermore, San Ramon and Dublin Homes saw an increase in the number of homes sold from November to December. Only Danville Homes saw a drop in the number of homes sold last month. So what’s the reason for the increase in home sales? Closing by years end and receiving tax write offs and/or loan programs expiring at years end equal a Must Close Scenario for many buyers. This produced a surge in the number of homes sold.
