Pleasanton Luxury Homes Market Update
Pleasanton homes priced above $1 Million are seeing slower sales as we move into the end of the year. Comparing the entire Pleasanton homes market as we wrote about earlier in the month, Pleasanton luxury homes over $1 Million are double in months supply. This should come as no surprise that these homes are taking longer to sell at over a 6 month supply. By contrast, even a 6 month supply for Pleasanton homes over $1 Million is far better than the rest of the United States. Positives about Pleasanton homes is that our schools are near the best, our unemployment levels are far better than the rest of the country and our climate is one of the best in the world! The point here is that even though we see over 6 months supply of our Million dollar Pleasanton homes, those figures are far better than a $400,000 home in most places throughout the country.
