Ventana Hills Neighborhood in Pleasanton is located just off Bernal Ave. and Independence Dr. in Pleasanton. The location of Ventana HIlls in Pleasanton offers easy access to I-680 and the ACE train.

Ventana Hills was built in 1989 and 1990 by Shea homes. All homes have 3 car garages and range from 3 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms.

The Preserve neighborhood is located at the Pleasanton Ridge with some of the best views in Pleasanton. Built by Presley homes in 1998 these homes range from 3,424 sf. to 4,345 sf plus the option of guest houses ranging from 345 sf. to 837 sf.

The Jensen/Amador neighborhood in Pleasanton is located just off Santa Rita Rd. between Valley Ave. and Downtown Pleasanton. The central location of the Jensen/Amador neighborhoods offers walking distance to Alisal Elementary, Harvest Park middle and Amador High School.

The Jensen/Amador Estates offer single story homes with a location walking distance to Downtown Pleasanton and the Safeway shopping center.

The Pleasanton neighborhood of Ironwood was built by Ponderosa Homes and broke ground in 2005. Ironwood in Pleasanton is one of the newest communities in Pleasanton. Ironwood can be broken down into 2 main neighborhoods. The Ironwood Estates and Ironwood Classics.

Ironwood Estates – There are 3 models within the Estates: Danbury, Essex and Madison. The homes within the Estates are as large as 5 bedrooms at nearly 4,400sf.

Ironwood Classics – There are 4 models within the Classics: Alder, Elm, Oak and Willow. The homes within the Classics are as large as 5 bedrooms at just over 3,000sf.

Within the Pleasanton neighborhood of Ironwood there are also 16 duet homes located within the Classics and off the Mohr Ave. entrance of the Estates there are 7 larger home sites known at the Ironwood Residences. These homes are on lots over 18,000sf and living space of over 4,500sf.
