Dublin Ranch is a 1,500 acre master planned community near the 580 / 680 interchange.

Sorrento is Toll Brothers community development with the ‘feel of the Italian old world with new world comforts.’ With a retail main street and recreation center with swimming pools, spas and fitness center. There are 5 communities within Sorrento: Amalfi, Firenze, Milano, Siena, & Trevi. These homes will range from 1,300sf. to over 3,000sf.

Grafton Station is currently under construction and the only completed building is Lowe’s in Dublin. Lowe’s in Dublin is the anchor tenant for the Grafton Station development. Rumor is Circuit City is looking to relocate here from their current Dublin location.

Grafton Plaza will be four low-to-mid-rise mixed-use buildings on the site that would contain a mix of residential, commercial, office, hotel, parking and related use as well as on-site open spaces and plazas, totaling 1,128,000 square feet of floor area.

FALLON SPORTS PARK – On Map above as ‘CP’

From the map we can see the city is looking to have obvious Little League and softball fields, basketball courts, and tennis courts. Not so common is the Bocce court and BMX track.
