When the Villages in Dublin Ranch were being sold by Toll Bros. they promised the Promenade at Dublin Ranch, which was going to be a mix of retail, shopping and small neighborhood type businesses. I recently spoke with Charter Properties, they have been developing much of the Dublin Ranch area with the Lin family, they stated that there are no current plans to develop the Promenade and have no tenants for the Grafton Station (Lowe’s) development. It looks like we will be waiting a lot longer to see this much promised Promenade!
