Ironwood Neighborhood

The Ironwood neighborhood in Pleasanton is one of the newest Pleasanton neighborhoods. Ironwood Pleasanton was built by Ponderosa Homes and broke ground in 2005. The Ironwood neighborhood can be broken down into 2 main neighborhoods. The Ironwood Estates and Ironwood Classics. The Ironwood neighborhood also offers 7 larger models knows as The Residences at Ironwood located on Mohr Ave. In 2010 Ponderosa broke ground on The Village at Ironwood, an active adult community.

Ironwood Residences

Built between 2009 and 2010, the Residences at Ironwood are 7 home sites on lots roughly 20,000sf. 3 different models were built for the Ironwood Residences. HOA fee is $112 per month. Ironwood Residences floor plans can be found below.
