A 39-day average is pretty darn good in the current market. Things are nowhere near this good in my area (central Indiana). Sounds like the Pleasanton market is really coming along.
Pleasanton is a great community with a solid business community providing great job stability and the location is great. Close to San Jose and the South Bay as well as San Francisco. Schools are also a big reason people come to the area. Great scores on the API.
