2011 may not exactly be the year of record setting pricing for homes sold in the Tri Valley, but we did see some amazingly luxurious homes find new owners. Amazingly, to see truly massive sales figures you only need to travel to Silicon Valley where this year’s top sale nationwide commanded $100 Million. Our list will focus on Tri Valley homes sold in the MLS.

Pleasanton’s Most Expensive Home in 2011

In 2011 Pleasanton saw 9 homes above $2,000,000 and two homes tie for most expensive at a sale price of $3,000,000.

4 Bedrooms, 5.5 Baths with 7,693sf. on a 9,80ssf. lot. 5 car garage, pool/spa, outdoor kitchen, wine room, exercise room, billiards room and 2 offices. You may just want to stay outside on the second story balcony with an incredible view of the  valley.
