Set to open in November 2012, the open-air styled outlet shopping center will feature brands such as Banana Republic, Barney’s New York, J. Crew, Michael Kors, Nike, Saks 5th, Tommy Hilfiger… Paragon Outlets will feature over 120 stores covering over 540,000 square feet of space.

“It is our mission to create well-tenanted outlet centers that offer shoppers access to a collection of the world’s leading designer and brand-names.  Not only will Paragon Outlets Livermore become one of the region’s most popular shopping destinations for both local consumers and its tourist base, but a property that will also bring more than 2,000 jobs to the region, as well,” said Robert Brvenik, Principal, Paragon Outlet Partners.

Paragon Outlets is located on a 42 acre parcel that sits on the golf course side of the 580 freeway off the El Charro Rd. exit. Paragon Outlets has also acquired 17 additional acres for more expansion. Paragon was formed by the Lightstone Group after it sold Prime Retail to Simon Property Group in August.

  1. AWESOME!!!! Can’t wait,,,,

  2. I am so excited… hopefully we will get a Harry & David’s… and Coach… and Brighton… oh, the list goes on and on…

  3. It is exactly what this area needs!

  4. Hopefully this won’t turn into the creeping third world strip malls infiltrating Dublin (Tralee) and parts of San Ramon.

  5. I think there should be a Juicy Cuture Store,Tillys,Victoria Secret,Abrocrombie,Holister,Uggs!!!
    I love it!!
Mostly i think we should have Juicy Cuture, Victoria Secret,Uggs,MissMe Jeans and Tillys!!!!!!

  6. I agree with Annette. I’m not looking forward to having the outlets there … the other outlets in the general area have those stores and they’re not “High end” or “designer.” Outlets end up causing more trouble than they’re worth. Outlets and BART … great combo. The small-town feel, mentality, and shops are nice and gives the area character… these help destroy that. There are other ways to promote economic growth.

  7. Is there going to be a Juicy couture outlet! There should be then I would go there like every day and thats we’re me and a lot of my friends would go! We all love Juicy couture an that s why you should have that outlet there!
