California High School is the best ranked high school.
With a revamped system to rank the Nation’s best high schools, San Ramon’s California High School met the new requirements that Newsweek set. Each school’s score is comprised of six components: graduation rate (25%), college matriculation rate (25%), AP tests taken per graduate (25%), average SAT/ACT scores (10%), average AP/IB/AICE scores (10%), and AP courses offered (5%).
Congratulations to California High for making #250 in the Nation. A very high honor given the current state of the economy with many cuts coming at the expense of the educational system.
