Homes for sale in Danville to Livermore homes and the rest of the Tri Valley housing market… it has all taken a hit! So what is your game plan? Do you continue renting or buy a home? Harlan House Built Around 1856 mayMay Need New Home

Tonight March 8th the San Ramon City Council will vote to change the designation on San Ramon’s oldest home. San Ramon City Council will consider removing the ‘parks’ designation from the El Nido property located at 19251 San Ramon Blvd. and N. Westside Dr. The 0.7 acre property would allow for four to nine residential units, a decrease from the original 21 proposed units. The Harlan House on the property was built between 1856 and 1858 and the trust which oversees the property has offered to donate the house to San Ramon and pay to relocate the home.
