Homes sold in Livermore, CA dropped a bit to 55 homes sold in Livermore in November, compared with 65 in October. Homes in Livermore available at months end was 127, compared to 159 in October. This decreases the months supply of homes in Livermore to 2.3 months, compared to 2.45 in October.
The highest sale price for a Livermore home was $1,020,000 on Danielle Ct. which sold at $270 a square foot. The lowest sale price for a Livermore home was $289,000 on Hillview Dr. which sold at $271 a square foot.
Average days on market for Livermore homes were 27 with an average list price of $500,766 at $249 a square foot. The average sale price was $495,183 at $248 a square foot.
