Ventana Hills Neighborhood in Pleasanton is located just off Bernal Ave. and Independence Dr. in Pleasanton. The location of Ventana HIlls in Pleasanton offers easy access to I-680 and the ACE train.

Ventana Hills was built in 1989 and 1990 by Shea homes. All homes have 3 car garages and range from 3 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms.

The Ventana Hills neighborhood also features Mission Hills Park and many home backing to open space and great views of Pleasanton.

Residents of Ventana Hills in Pleasanton have the fortune of having some of the top schools in the area. Pleasanton schools have been recognized as one of “California’s Distinguished Schools” and it is a recipient of the “National Blue Ribbon Award.”

The Villages at Dublin Ranch are one of the most unique neighborhoods in all of the East Bay. We have written a lot about these Dublin Ranch Condos and the developments coming to Dublin Ranch. Here are some highlights of what is happening in Dublin Ranch

Promenade

The Promenade at Dublin Ranch “is the perfect combination of retail, dining, entertainment and office spaces. The emphasis here is on out pedestrian-friendly main street.” Promenade. The Promenade will incorporate mixed-use of restaurants, retail space and offices. Club Sport will also be located ad the entrance off Dublin Blvd. and a 16,000sf. parking garage.

Grafton Station

Grafton Station is the newest development in Dublin Ranch and is currently home to Buffalo Wild Wings and will soon be home to another restaurant which will also have a nightclub. Buffalo Wild Wings also added 1,200sf. of additional dining space and a dentist will soon be moving to Grafton Station.

Grafton Plaza

This development located to the East of Grafton Station and at this time the construction start time is still years out, but you need to know what the possibilities are. Grafton Plaza will be “a vibrant destination with a mix of high-end offices, shopping and dining, outdoor plazas, a boutique hotel, and distinct homes, Grafton Plaza will serve as the community’s core, generating the needed synergy to complete Dublin Ranch.” Grafton Plaza. The final size and number of buildings is currently being finalized, but could range from 6 to 10 stories tall.

Home Sales Jump 7.4 Percent in November

Foreclosures in Pleasanton Are Not The Only Hot Buy…

As a realtor in Pleasanton I like seeing good numbers coming out. Nationwide, existing home sales increased 7.4 percent last month from October. This is the highest increase in three years! This brought the overall homes sold this year to 6.54 million. Market expectations was 6.25 million homes.

The number of homes increased 7.4 percent for the month of November compared to October, the median home price fell 4.3 percent in November, from a year ago to $172,600. This is the smallest price drop since November 2007! A separate report from the U.S. Federal Housing Agency showed home prices increased 0.6 percent in October from September. CNBC

Those stats are on a national level, so lets look at our home’s value here in the Tri Valley (detached homes).
