Senior Community Neighborhood in Pleasanton – Ironwood Pleasanton
Ironwood Pleasanton will soon be home to a new 110 unit subdivision of detached, single-family, age-restricted homes for residents 55 and better, as Ponderosa homes says. This new development within the current Ironwood neighborhood in Pleasanton will be primarily single-story homes ranging from 1,900 to 2,700 square feet. This new development has been named The Village and will be a gated, private community.
