Pleasanton foreclosures, Danville foreclosures and Alamo foreclosures are the lowest percentage of available homes. Available supply of normal homes has the highest percentage in Alamo, Pleasanton and Danville too.

Homes for sale in Pleasanton, CA again hit high numbers. Detached Pleasanton homes sold in July hit 55, just 3 shy of last month. Biggest difference is at the end of the month, only 185 detached homes were available for sale compared to 207 the previous month. This dropped the months supply to 3.36 month, meaning it would take only 3.36 months to sell the current inventory of homes. Theses are numbers we have not seen in quite a while.
