Pleasanton Valley Homes

The Pleasanton neighborhood of Pleasanton Valley was built my Morrison homes starting in the early 1960’s. Homes in Pleasanton Valley range from 1,400sf. to over 2,600sf. Most of the lots in Pleasanton Valley are 6,000sf. and up with a rare few near 13,000sf. These homes are also easily remodeled and expanded because of the building style and larger lot sizes.
