If you have been reading this blog since we started in August 2006 then you know we write a lot about foreclosures in Dublin Ranch, Dublin Ranch developments like the Promenade and Grafton Station and the overall Dublin Ranch Villages. If you have been watching the Dublin Ranch Condos then you have seen the foreclosures in Dublin Ranch continue to be quickly snatched up.
If you want a list of foreclosures in Dublin Ranch comment above or email us.
Why buy in Dublin Ranch Villages (Dublin Ranch Condos)
- Buying vs. renting: Compare 4333 Clarinbridge Cir. (Dublin Ranch Villas Condo). Purchase price of $329,000 with 5% down. Total monthly payments are $1,900 including HOA! This would rent for $2,000-$2,100. (Double check with a lender)
- New Developments: From the Dublin Ranch Promenade to Grafton Station. The night life and walking ease is going to be the best in the area. What would you pay to be walking distance to Club Sport or Buffalo Wild Wings (Sports Bar). Don’t forget the Grafton Plaza development.
- Location: This is an obvious one! Condos in Dublin Ranch are located extremely close to 580/680, BART, and the ACE train in Pleasanton. Safeway is across the street, Trader Joe’s is 3 minutes away and you can walk to Stacy’s, Armadillo Willy’s, Amici’s Pizza and Peet’s coffee! There is a dog park here too
- Quality: Built by Toll Bros., the Villages at Dublin Ranch are by far superior to any other condos in the area when you add everything together. Granite counters, gas cooking, tile and hardwood flooring, recessed lighting, indoor laundry, attached garages, large bedrooms and open floor plans…

Real estate in Pleasanton is great because people are still moving here! Same can be said for Dublin Homes and a lot of the Tri Valley. Oh ya, it might be a rough market in Detroit where a home sold last year for $1, but in general, Pleasanton homes are doing very well when ‘Priced Right’ (follow the link to a video on home selling tips). Pleasanton Homes and the overall market is different than it was 5 years ago, but rest assures that because you live in such a great city we call the Pleasanton community, you will weather this storm much better than a majority of the nation.
