		<description>You have misrepresented the text of PP. PP allows for an exemption of 10 housing units or less. In addition, the definition is against state law since it applies to second units or what some call mother-in-law flats. According to CA state law second units are legal. The language violates state law and will certainly be litigated. This will cost Pleasanton taxpayers. The authors of PP will not have to come up with a penny. Pleasanton taxpayers will be the ones to pay the cost of this poorly worded initiative.

In addition, your description of what QQ does fails to point out that this is what is in the 1996 General plan and has been in effect since the passage of the Housing CAP. It is misinformation to suggest that this is a new definition.</description>
