One home has sold and the other 4 are now ready for delivery. Now that these homes are completed we did hire an independent appraiser to evaluate pricing. We have adjusted the prices to reflect these appraisals. Additionally, now that the homes are completed the builder has decided to include the upgrades in each at no additional cost. All of the 5 new homes have been completed as of this month. One home has sold and the other 4 are now ready for delivery.
