New homes in Pleasanton and new home builders in some parts of Dublin are willing to purchase your home so you can purchase one of their new homes in Pleasanton. Other new home communities in San Ramon and Danville may offer this same incentive, but at a cost. From the builder I spoke with they were willing to do so for a fee and did not offer other incentices at purchase, like a rate buydowm, credit towards upgrades, lower price… If you are looking at new homes let the Moxley Team know and we can let you know what new home communities offer.
