A buyer may be across town or country and a Podcast will allow a buyer to listen to a tour of a Dublin Ranch condo, just like a 24/7 open house. Used in conjunction with a Virtual Tour a buyer can view your Pleasanton home at any time from any location.

Craigslis.com, Yahoo classifieds, Trulia…
Online postings of your home allow a buyer to get more information on your home from websites they are already on.
