If you did not get the chance to go to the special Council meeting regarding the Dublin Ranch development called Grafton Plaza at the City of Dublin, here is a bit of what you missed. Proposed is the development called Grafton Place which would include 4 mid rise buildings the tallest being 21 stories composed of Shopkeeper, Live/Work Units, Luxury Condos and Flats. There will also be a Boutique Hotel and Spa/Sports Club. For more info send us an email and I will forward the entire proposal.
