One of the things that makes the Tri-Valley so great is events like the Harvest Wine Celebration in Livermore. This year there will be 36 different local wineries participating and estimates are close to 12,000 people attending the celebration running Sunday to Monday. Not only is there award winning wine to sample, but you can also meet wine makers, listen to live music, visit vendor booths and of course eat amazing food from Cabana Dave’s to Haps. Tickets are $35 for both days in advance or $40 at the door or a Monday only pass for $30. Visit www.LivermoreWine.comfor more information
If you did not get the chance to go to the special Council meeting regarding the Dublin Ranch development called Grafton Plaza at the City of Dublin, here is a bit of what you missed. Proposed is the development called Grafton Place which would include 4 mid rise buildings the tallest being 21 stories composed of Shopkeeper, Live/Work Units, Luxury Condos and Flats. There will also be a Boutique Hotel and Spa/Sports Club. For more info send us an email and I will forward the entire proposal.
Dublin Ranch has seen many changes over the years. From the Dublin Ranch Villages development to the proposed Grafton Station comprised of a 21 story mid-rise building accompanied by 3 smaller buildings. In the video below I am standing on Grafton Street looking South, where the Promenade will run and you will see a concrete building which is the new Lowe’s building and panning to the left is where Grafton Plaza and the mid rise buildings will be… is it a good thing for Dublin and the Tri-Valley?
