What is the Housing Market Doing Now?

Take a look a the the graphs below. The first is Available homes on the market in our area and we see a decline in the number of home on the market for sale. Compare that to the second graph and we see an increase in the number of sold homes. We can take from this date that even though less homes are on the market more are selling in comparison to the number of homes on the market. Experts are predicting 2007 to be a strong year as we have written about in previous postings. This may be a start to a change in the housing market that experts have been predicting will come.
